| 摘 要： | 目的基于文献探讨针灸治疗小儿脑性瘫痪（简称脑瘫）的研究现状。方法通过万方数据库获取研究相关期刊文献全文。以＂关键词＂=＂脑瘫＂和＂针灸＂or＂针刺＂进行检索,检索年限为2000-2010年。建立文献研究数据库。结果共检索得到相关文献168篇,其中基金资助文献22篇,国家级2篇;168篇文献中未注明诊断标准的有27篇（16.07%）,自拟疗效评价标准的有65篇（38.69%）;在研究设计方法中,只交待随机对照53篇（31.55%）,无分组对照有82篇（48.81%）,58篇（34.52%）文献没有提及结果数据是否经统计学处理。结论应加强针灸治疗小儿脑瘫的前瞻性、双盲、随机对照机理研究,尽快建立统一的诊断和疗效评价标准。
