单用曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎疗效观察

目的：观察单用曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法：变应性鼻炎222例，随机分为治疗组或对照组，治疗组133例单用曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗，对照组89例单用盐酸西替利嗪片治疗，所有患者连续治疗4周。结果：治疗组临床痊愈率、显效率、总有效率、不良反应发生率分别为30．83％、46．62％、93．23％、10．53％，对照组分别为21．35％、46．07％、83．15％、17．98％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论：单用曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效良好，且不良反应较少。
