| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠心病血瘀证与凝血、血流异常相关基因表达的相关性,以初步评价中药活血化瘀的分子疗效。方法严格按照冠心病纳入标准和陈氏血瘀证记分标准,筛选冠心病血瘀证病例。提取白细胞,制备治疗前后自身对照芯片,查询基因功能,获取冠心病血瘀证的凝血、血流相关异常表达基因。结果在选取病例中,冠心病血瘀证背景集中于17条凝血、血流相关异常表达基因,尤其是SPP1、FN1、THBS2等。结论冠心病血瘀证与凝血、血流异常相关基因的相关性可能是活血化瘀中药的重要分子靶点。 |
