男性不育症患者微量元素含量与精液质量的相关性

目的探究男性不育症患者微量元素含量与精液质量的相关性。方法从我院不育症专科门诊2009年1月至2011年1月间收诊的不孕不育症患者中选取男性不育症患者80例,正常人80例,观察比较2组精子密度、精子活率、精子活动力及精液PH以及发丝中Zn、Fe、Cu、Mg、Ca等微量元素的含量,并进行统计学分析。结果不育症患者Zn含量与精子质量呈正相关,Cu含量与精子质量呈负相关,无、少精子组Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca含量差异均有显著统计学差异（P〈0.05）,活动力异常组Zn、Cu含量差异均有显著统计学差异（P〈0.05）,Mg含量在各组间差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论男性不育症患者精液质量与微量元素Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca含量相关。

To Research the Relative between the Trace Elements Contents and the Semen Quality of the Infertile Mal

Objective To research the relative between the trace elements contents and the semen quality of the infertile male. Methods To select 80 patients from the infertility specialist outpatient department of our hospital from 01.2009 to 01.2011,contrasting to 80 persons without such illness in terms of the sperm density, sperm motility rate, motility of sperm, PH of seminal fluid and the trace elements levels in the fluid,such as Zn, Fe, Cu, Mg, Ca. Results By analysis of statistics, the Zn content relates to the quality of infertile patients positively but the Cu content is relative to it negtively, there is significant difference between the two groups in terms of contents levels ofZn. Fe. Cu, Ca （P〈0.05）, the group with aspermia or few sperm as well as the uncharacteristic motility group have significant difference in the contents ofZn. Cu （P〈0.05）, and the Mg contents difference among groups is unmeaningful regarding the analysis of statistics （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The quality of the Semen of the infertile male is related to the trace elements levels ofZn, Fe, Cu, Ca.
