血浆内皮素，血管内皮生长因子水平在糖尿病肾病患者治疗前后变化的意义

目的：探讨了糖尿病肾病患者治疗前后血浆内皮素和血管内皮生长因子水平的变化和意义。方法：分别应用放免法和Elisa法对69例糖尿病患者进行了血浆ET和VEGF水平测定，并与35名健康人作比较。结果：在治疗前血浆ET和VEGF水平非常显著的的高于正常人组（P〈0．01），经治疗后3个月，血ET和VEGF水平明显降低，但与正常人比较仍有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：检测糖尿病肾病患者血浆ET和VEGF水平对了解病情，观察疗效，与病情的发生和发展密切相关。

Plasma Endothelim,Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Levels Before and After Treatment in Patient with Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective： To explore the changes of plasma Endothelim（ET） and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor（VEGF）levels before and after treatment in patients with Diabetic Nephropathy and their clinical signmificance.Methods：Blood was tested for levets of ET（with RIA）and VEGF（with Elisa）in all the patients both before and after treatment in 69 patients as wellas normal controls.Results： Before of treatment in plasma ET and VGEF levels were significantly higher than those in normal controls （ P〈0.01 ） ,after treatment in three months,plasma ET and VEGF levels were significantly（ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions：Detection opf plasma ET and VEGF levels of ideal for evaluton of treatment effect and great clinical important values in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
