鸡血藤种子特性研究

目的 研究鸡血藤种子特性,探讨影响鸡血藤种子发芽率的因素,为其种子质量标准的制定提供科学依据.方法 观察描述鸡血藤种子外观性状特征,检测其千粒重、含水量、种子活力,并对不同贮藏方法、贮藏温度及贮藏时间的不同含水量的鸡血藤种子的发芽率进行测定.结果 新鲜种子的含水量为27.27%,发芽率为96.70%,室温放置7d后,种子含水量下降至26.00%,发芽率下降至85.20%;置干燥器中贮藏30d后种子含水量降至12.08%,发芽率降至70.00%;置冰箱4℃保存30d的种子含水量保持在26.00%左右,发芽率为80.00%.将鸡血藤种子初步划分为3个等级：一等种子千粒重为371.8g,发芽率为100%,2等种子千粒重为263.1g,发芽率为88.9%;3等种子千粒重为157.9g,发芽率为66.7%.结论 鸡血藤种子的含水量与其发芽率间有一定的相关性,发芽率随着含水量的降低而下降.

Research of Seed Characteristics of Spatholobus Suberectus

Objective To study the factors that affect the germination percentage of the Spatholobus suberectus seed and its charactedsties,which provide a scientific foundation for the seeds quality standards. Methods The characteristic appearance of Spatholobus suberectus seeds wrer recorded and its weight of per 1000 pieces, water content and seed vigor were detected. The seeds of different water content were stored in plastic bag, drying apparatus respectively, laid up in 4＂C and room temperature. In different time, determined the germination capacity. Results The germination capacity of Spatholobus suberectus decreased when the water content decreased; water content of the flesh seeds wrer 27.27% and the germination capacity is 96.70%. the seeds water content 26.00% and the germination capacity is 85.20% were stored 7 days later in room temperature; the seeds stored in drying apparatus losed germination capacity easily; the seeds water content 26.00% were stored in 4＂C 30 days later, it can maintain higer germination capacity; The seeds are divided into 3 levels： The weight per 1000 pieces is 371.8g and germination percentage is 100% of the first, The weight per 1000 pieces is 263.1g and germination percentage is 88.9% of the second, The weight per 1000 pieces is 157.9g and germination percentage is 66.7% of the third. Conclusion The germination percentage is related to the water content.
