| 摘 要： | 目的观察搜风通络法治疗偏头痛的疗效。将偏头痛60例患者随机分为2组。治疗组(甲组)应用以搜风通络法的汤剂,每次200ml,每日2次口服;对照组(乙组)给予口服盐酸氟桂利嗪10mg1/晚,口服;2组患者都服用1个月,观察对偏头痛患者临床疗效。结果治疗组(甲组)临床治愈率66.7%,总有效率96%;对照组(乙组)临床治愈率20%,总有效率73%;2组总有效率、临床治愈率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论搜风通络法是治疗偏头痛的有效的方法。
