| 摘 要： | 目的：观察药物保留灌肠加中药内服治疗溃疡性直肠炎的疗效。方法：将136例溃疡性直肠炎分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用药物保留灌肠加中药内服，对照组单纯采用药物保留灌肠。结果：治疗组总有效率95．7％，对照组总有效率84．9％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：药物保留灌肠加中药内服治疗溃疡性直肠炎疗效更优。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the increase of drug retention enema for ulcerative proctitis Chinese Herbs efficacy. Methods： 136 patients with ulcerative proctitis divided into treatment and control groups. Retention of drug treatment group and traditional Chinese medicine orally, the control group were treated with medication retention enema. Results： The total effective rate of 95.7% in the control group, the total efficiency of 84.9% in the treatment group significantly better than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Oral and Traditional Chinese Medicine Retention Enema of drug treatment of ulcerative proctitis better efficacy. |
