护理干预在无痛分娩中的应用价值探讨

目的：探讨护理干预在无痛分娩中的应用价值及意义。方法：选择我院自2009年7月至2010年8月收治的在我院产科分娩的、自愿要求行分娩镇痛的孕妇280例作为观察对象，所有孕妇均为足月单胎、头位，孕37周-41周。将280例患者随机分为两组，对照组140例，给予产科常规护理；实验组140例，除给予常规护理外还对患者进行护理干预，以比较两组患者在产程时间、镇痛效果、分娩并发症以及抑郁量表评分中的差异。结果：实验组产妇在产程时间、镇痛效果、分娩并发症以及抑郁量表评分中均显著低于对照组产妇，差别具有显著意义。结论：护理干预在无痛分娩中有着良好的应用价值，值得临床借鉴。

NUrsing Intervention in painless delivery of Value

Objective： To investigate the nursing intervention in the application of painless labor in value and significance. Methods： in our hospital from July 2009 to August 2010 were treated in our hospital obstetric delivery, and voluntary request line 280 cases of pregnant women in labor analgesia as the observed object, all pregnant women are full-term single fetus, cephalic, 37 weeks to 41 weeks pregnant. The 280 patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group 140 patients given routine obstetric care; experimental group of 140 cases, in addition to the rou, tine care of patients outside of nursing intervention is also to compare the two groups of patients in labor time, the analgesic effect, delivery complications and depression scale in the difference. Results： The woman in labor time, analgesia, delivery complications and depression scale scores were significantly lower than control group mothers, and the difference was significant. Conclusion： nursing intervention in painless childbirth has a good value and is worthy of reference.
