药物联合治疗戊型肝炎30例

目的观察熊去氧胆酸联合舒肝宁治疗戊型肝炎患者的临床疗效。方法收集2003年1月至2010年12月在我院住院并被诊断为戊型肝炎患者90例,随机平均的分成3组,熊去氧胆酸组:熊去氧胆酸300mgBid口服;舒肝宁组:舒肝宁20mlqd静滴;联合用药组:熊去氧胆酸300mgBid口服联合舒肝宁20mlqd静滴,4周为1个疗程。4周后观察3组患者血清中TBil、ALT、ALP、γ-GT水平的变化情况。结果治疗4周后,3组患者血清中TBil、ALT、ALP、γ-GT水平均明显下降(P<0.05),其中C组下降最为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组总有效率在3组中也很明显。结论熊去氧胆酸联合舒肝宁治疗戊型肝炎效果更明显,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of Ursodeoxycholic acid Combining ShuGanNing in Treatment of Viral Hepatitis E patients

Objective To observe the efficacy of Ursodeoxycholic acid （UDCA） combining shuganing in the treatment of viral hepatitis E patients. Methods Collected in January, 2003 - December, 2010 in our hospital and was diagnosed with Viral hepatitis E patients, 90 patients were randomly divided into three groups of, Ursodeoxycholic acid group： oral administration of ursodeoxycholic acid 300mg Bid; ShuGanNing group： ShuGanNing 20ml qd infusion; the combined treatment group： oral administration of ursodeoxycholic acid 300mg Bid infusion combined liver and Ning 20ml qd for 4 weeks as a course. Three groups were observed after 4 weeks of serum TBil, ALT, ALP, γ-GT level changes. ResuRs 4 weeks after treatment, 3 groups patients serum TBil, ALT, ALP, γ-GT were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）, one of the most significant decline in group C, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the total efficiency of C group in the three groups is obvious. Conclution Ursodeoxycholic acid combined ShuGanNing and treatment Viral hepatitis E is more effective, worthy of promotion.
