| 摘 要： | 目的评价中药周期疗法治疗乳腺增生病的有效性。方法检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊数据库,收集中药周期疗法治疗乳腺增生病的随机对照试验。由2名研究者独立依据Cochrane Reviewers Handbook 4.2.2随机对照试验的4条质量评价标准评价所纳入研究的文献质量,对符合纳入标准的研究采用Cochrane collaboration’s RevMan 5.0.18 Meta分析。结果纳入9个随机对照试验900例乳腺增生病患者。与一方通治的中药治疗方法比较,中药周期疗法治疗乳腺增生病可提高有效率。结论现有的有效数据表明,中药周期疗法治疗乳腺增生病优于不分周期的中药治疗,但受纳入研究文献的数量和质量限制,目前还不足以得出完全肯定的结论,尚需更多高质量的随机双盲对照试验加以证实。
