摘    要:目的动态观察外燥对小鼠气道液免疫分子的影响。方法 40只SPF级昆明小鼠随机分为常温常湿组(A组)、常温燥组(B组)、温燥组(C组)、凉燥组(D组),每组10只。处理后第6、12、18天检测各组气道液中分泌型IgA(SIgA)、IgG和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-a)。结果与燥相关三个组第6~18天TNF-α、IgG同期下降,温燥组第6~18天TNF-a、IgG与SIgA均持续降低。结论再次证实,外燥伤肺耗津之时,可降低气道"纤毛-黏液毯"免疫御邪屏障,是外燥损伤"正气"为病之精细病机之一。

Abstract:Aim To investigate the effects on the immunological molecules of respiratory in Outer-Dry.Methods 40 kunming mice(SPF) were divided into four groups:group A(normal),group B(normal temperature and Outer-Dry),groupC(Warm-Dry),group D(Cool-Dry),10mices/group.SIgA、 IgG and Tumor Necrosis Factor-a(TNF-a)of mice'respiratory were measured in day 6,12 and 18.Results Compared with group A,IgG-R and TNF-a of group B,C and D were reduced,SIgA,IgG and TNF-a of group C were noticeable weaked in day 6 to 18.Conlusion The results were repeated indicated that the remarkable injuring of immunological molecules of "respiratory mucus barrier"were related with the mechanisms of Outer-Dry with disordering of"secretion and the transport"of"lung-fluid".
