| 摘 要： | 目的探讨全视网膜光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法应用半导体激光对82例143眼糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)患者进行全视网膜光凝,分3～4次完成。术后随访,监测视力、眼压、眼底、眼底荧光血管造影(Fundus fluorescein angiography,FFA)。结果治疗后绝大多数病眼的视力得以维持或提高,糖尿病性视网膜病变稳定者占89.51%。结论全视网膜光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective The treatment effect on diabetic retinopathy by laser photocoagulation was discussed. Methods 82 cases (143 eyes) with diabetic retinopathy were treated with retinal photocoagulation. The treatment was completed in 3-4 sessions. The visual acuity, fundus, visual field and FFA were examined in follow-up. The follow-upperiod was 12 months. Result The visual acuity of the most treated eyes was maintained (89.51%) .
