| 摘 要： | 目的建立快速、准确的检测中药保健品中非法添加磷酸二酯酶5(PDE5)抑制剂的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测,DiamonsilC18色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.05mol·L-1三乙胺(用磷酸调PH至6.0)=40:60,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长290nm。结果该保健酒中未检出PDE5抑制剂:枸橼酸西地那非、盐酸伐地那非、他达拉非。结论该方法灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于PDE5抑制剂的定性检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a rapid and accurate detection of PDE5 inhibitors which are added illegally in health food of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods The chromatographic conditions were：Diamonsil C18 column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,mobile phase,acetonitrile-0.05mol？L-1 triethylamine（PH adjusted to 6.0 with phosphoric acid）= 40：60,as the mobile phase at a flow rate 1.0mL？min-1,detective wavelength at 290nm.Results PDE5 Inhibitors,sildenafil citrate,vardenafil hydrochloride and tadalafil weren＇t detected in the health wine.Conclusion The method is sensitive,reproducible.It can be used for qualitative detection of PDE5 inhibitors. |
