| 摘 要： | 目的考察黄芪、丹参、三七醇提药渣中粗多糖提取工艺。方法采用正交试验,考察不同溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数对多糖得率的影响,优选提取工艺;考察采用不同药液浓度、醇沉液浓度、沉淀时间所得多糖总量与纯度,优选沉淀工艺。结果优选出的多糖提取工艺为以10倍量水提取2次,每次1.5 h;优选出的沉淀工艺为药液浓度为1 g原药材/mL,醇沉浓度为80%,沉淀时间为4 h。结论优选出的工艺比较适合工业化生产的要求,具体的工艺技术参数将在中试研究中确定。
