综合疗法治疗小儿遗尿60例

探讨儿童遗尿的诊断与治疗.方法 分别采用中草药及西药遗尿丁等,配合膀胱锻炼法、穴位物理法、食疗、心理治疗等综合疗法治疗遗尿患儿60例.结果 痊愈40例,好转16例,无效4例,有效率93%.结论 遗尿症绝大多数属于功能性遗尿,采用综合疗法治疗效果明显.

Synthetical Therapies for 60 Children Enuresis

ve To study the diagnosis and therapies for children enuresis. Methods Using traditional medicine and meclofenoxane together with the practice of bladder training, the physi-atrics, acupuncture, diet control and phychological therapy, 60 patients were treated. Results 40 patients have been cured, 16 are getting better, 4 have showed no sign of improvement. It gets to a 93% effectivity. Conclusion Most children enuresis cases are functional, synthetical therapies are obviously effective.
