湖南省绥宁县人民医院抗微生物药物使用分析

目的：调查分析抗微生物药物在绥宁县人民医院外科的使用情况。方法：随机抽取１９９８年７～８月外科出院病历１１９份,统计使用抗微生物药物的种类、频率、金额及联合用药情况。结果：使用抗微生物药物的有１１２例（９４．１２％）;所用药物中青霉素类最多见,其余依次为氨基糖苷类、头孢菌素类、氟喹诺酮类及其他抗微生物药物等,抗微生物药物联合应用以二联较为普遍,占５２．０％;其中青霉素的联用频率最高,其次是妥布霉素

The Analysis of the Use of Antimicrobial Drugs in Surgical Department of Our Hospital

ObjectiveTo survey and analyse the rational use of antimicrobial drugs in surgical department of our hospital.　MethodThe medical record of 119 cases of discharging surgical patients from July to Augest 1998 were randomly selected, the variety, frequency, amount of money of antimicrobial drugs used and combining state were added up.　Results112 cases (94.12%) had received antimicrobial drugs, which acounted for 29.54% of all used drugs. Of the used antimicrobial drugs, penicillins was used most extensively, next sequence was aminoglycosides, cephalosporins, quinolones, and other antimicrobial drugs, combination of two drugs was the most common 52% of all the combination. Of these antimicrobial drugs, penicillins was most frequently used and next was tobramycin.　ConclusionThe applying level of antimicrobial drugs is lower in our hospital, unrational phenomena still exist.
