| 摘 要： | 目的评估文拉法辛缓释片与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法将符合CCMD-3诊断标准的61例抑郁症住院和门诊患者,随机分为两组,分别予文拉法辛缓释片和帕罗西汀治疗,疗程8周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和不良反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果文拉法辛缓释片与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症疗效接近,但前者起效更快,不良反应少于后者。结论文拉法辛缓释片是一种安全、有效的新一代抗抑郁药。
