高血压患者动态动脉硬化指数与胱抑素C及尿微量蛋白的相关性

目的探讨动态动脉硬化指数(AASI)与胱抑素C及尿微量白蛋白的相关性。方法选取原发性高血压患者136例,利用24h动态血压监测仪测定及计算动态动脉硬化指数,并检测胱抑素C及尿微量蛋白等,根据AASI结果,将或=中位数的66例做为B组,进行相关性分析。结果与A组相比B组患者血胱抑素C及尿微量蛋白阳性率明显增高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者动态动脉硬化指数增高与早期肾功能损害相关。

The correlation between the ambulatory arterial stiffness index and Cystains C and microalbuminuria

Objective To investigate the ambulatory arterial stiffness index in patients with Cystains C and microalbuminuria in hypertensive inpatients.Methods A lot of 136 hypersensive inpatients were included in the study.Ambulatory blood pressure monitorting was performed for AASI,and check Cystains C and microalbuminuria.The subjects were divided into two groups according to AASI.70 hypersensive inpatients who＇s AASI median just as A group and 66 hypersensive inpatients who＇s AASI or =median just as B group.The difference between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the A group,the patients in the B group had higher Cystains C and the prevalence of urinary microalbumin（P0.05）.Conclusion The increase of AASI is associated with early sign of renal damage in patients with primary hypertension.
