| 摘 要： | 目的探讨维汉两民族住院肺血栓栓塞症(PTE)患者的环境危险因素是否存在民族差异。方法回顾分析2009年至2011年共64例PTE患者的临床资料。结果共分析64例确诊的肺血栓栓塞症患者,伴有下肢静脉血栓形成的患者维吾尔族多于汉族,且维吾尔族患者下肢肿痛症状明显,而肿瘤发生率汉族高于维吾尔族。结论肺血栓栓塞症患者往往存在明确的环境危险因素,各环境危险因素在维汉两民族中可能存在差异。
