| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨妊娠剧吐的临床治疗.方法 回顾性分析2002年5月2011年8月收治的60例妊娠剧吐病历资料,观察系统治疗的临床效果.结果 60例患者,治愈57例,占95%;有效减轻症状者2例,占3.33%;无效1例,占1.67%.总有效率为98.33%.结论 积极的营养支持和补液治疗,可以治愈妊娠剧吐,能有效防止孕妇发生重度电解质紊乱、酸碱失衡、Wernicke 脑病甚至死亡.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods A retrospective analysis of May 2002 August 2011 were treated 60 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum medical records,observation of the clinical effects of the treatment.Results 60 patients were cured in 57 cases,95%.Effectively reduce symptoms in 2 cases,accounting for 3.33%.1 patient,accounting for 1.67%.The total effective rate was 98.33%.Conclusion Positive nutritional support and fluid therapy can cure hyperemesis gravidarum,... |
