| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗痨胶囊在老年初治涂阳肺结核强化期治疗的疗效。方法选取我院老年初治涂阳肺结核患者110例,分为观察组(异烟肼、利福喷丁、乙胺丁醇、左氧氟沙星、抗痨胶囊)和对照组(异烟肼、利福喷丁、乙胺丁醇、左氧氟沙星),对症状改善情况、药物不良反应、痰涂片浓缩集菌抗酸菌检测、胸部CT结果进行对比分析。结果①观察组与对照组的症状改善率分别为85.59%、73.61%(P<0.05)。②观察组与对照组的药物不良反应发生率分别为14.29%、33.33%(P<0.05)。③观察组与对照组3个月末痰涂片阴转率分别为89.29%、74.07%(P<0.05)。④观察组与对照组在治疗3个月末复查胸部CT,病灶有效率分别为75%、55.56%,空洞有效率分别为62.5%、33.33%(P<0.05)。结论抗痨胶囊与化学药物联合使用具有良好的协同作用,值得临床推广。
