| 摘 要： | 目的探讨睾丸切除患者心理健康状况及相关因素。方法采用SDS抑郁自评量表和SAS焦虑自评量表进行测评,并与32例泌尿外科普通患者进行对照。结果与其他患者相比较,睾丸切除患者具有很高的抑郁、焦虑水平;而且抑郁、焦虑情绪的产生与年龄、文化程度、手术方式以及生育情况有关。结论睾丸切除患者存在明显的抑郁、焦虑情绪,护理上主要应加强健康教育和进行心理疏导,缓解患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪。 |
