哮喘清合剂联合小剂量西药防治小儿支气管哮喘发作的临床研究

目的 探讨哮喘清合剂联合小剂量西药防小儿支气管哮喘发作的临床疗效.方法 选择2010年1月至2011年7月间在我院就诊治疗的小儿支气管哮喘患者100例,随机分为2组,实验组50例,口服哮喘清合剂加用小剂量西药;对照组50例,吸入糖皮质激素和(或)孟鲁斯特钠咀嚼片,观察3个月为一个疗程.同时在发作期、缓解期及一个疗程结束后分别作嗜酸粒细胞计数(EOS)、呼出气一氧化氮检测(FeNO)及肺功能观察不同时期的变化.比较两组的总有效率.结果 实验组与对照组的总有效率分别为94.0%、74.0%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察各指标间差异有统计学意义.结论 哮喘清合剂联合小剂量西药可以快速防治小儿支气管哮喘的发作控制病情及各指标改善明显,提高了总有效率.
