| 摘 要： | 目的调查随机就诊的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)控制状况与病程的关系。方法采用随机抽样调查方法,收集248例T2DM患者的一般情况、病程、血糖、HbA1c值等。结果①总体HbA1c均值为7.83%,达标率40.32%;②不同病程组的HbA1c都未达标,病程越长均值越高,达标率越低。结论随机就诊的T2DM患者的HbA1c达标率低,且病程越长达标率越低。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relation of glycosylated hemoglobin A1c （HbA1c） control and duration in randomly visiting type 2 diabetic （T2DM） patients.Methods A random sampling study was carried out in 248 T2DM outpatients and inpatients from our hospital.Collected data on general characters,duration of disease,blood glucose and HbA1c.Results ①The value of HbA1c was 7.83%,and the rate accounted for 40.32%.②The HbA1c rates of different duration were under 7.0%,the longer duration of disease,the HbA1c value were higher and the HbA1c rate are lower.Conclusion The present rate of HbA1c control was low in randomly visiting type 2 diabetic patients,the longer duration of disease the HbA1c rate were lower. |
