| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年重症肺炎患者的临床诊治特点。方法回顾分析了2010年1月至2010年9月,我院EICU病房共收治86例老年重症肺炎患者的临床资料。结果 86例中治愈14例,好转20例,死亡45例,放弃7例。结论老年重症肺炎具有起病隐匿、病情危重、进展迅速、死亡率高的特点,若及时有效救治,可以挽救生命。

| Abstract: | Objective To study elderly patients with severe pneumonia diagnosis and treatment.Methods The data of 86 cases of the elderly with severe pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed.Results 14 cases were recured,20 cases improved,while 45 of 86 cases failed,7 cases give up.Conclusion The clinical symptoms of the elderly pneumonia are not typical cases,critical condition,rapid progress and high mortality,if timely and effective treatment can save lives. |
