轻型颅脑损伤患者剧烈头痛的诊治

目的探讨以剧烈头痛症状为主诉轻型颅脑损伤患者的诊治。方法将180例轻型颅脑损伤患者随机分为对照组(90例)、实验组(90例),对照组单纯采用药物治疗,实验组在采用药物治疗的同时,均行腰穿,并根据腰穿结果决定下一步治疗方案。结果对照组平均病程(13.54±3.01)d,实验组平均病程(10.34±2.77)d。实验组较对照组病程相对较短,恢复快。结论轻型颅脑损伤以剧烈头痛症状为主诉的患者行腰穿能进一步明确诊断并指导治疗,缩短病程,促进恢复。

The diagnosis and treatment of mild head injury patients with severe headache

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of mild head injury patients with severe headache.Methods 180 cases of mild head injury were randomly devided into control group（90 cases） who were treated with drug alone and experimental group（90 cases）,which were introduced lumbar puncture in the use of drug treatment at the same time,and according to the lumbar puncture results to decide the next step therapy.Results In controls the mean duration of（13.54±3.01）d,the experimental group the average duration of illness was（10.34±2.77）d.The experimental group in clinical course was relatively short,and quick recovery than the control group.Conclusion Mild head injury with severe headache symptoms as the chief complaint of patients with lumbar puncture can further clarify the diagnosis and to guide therapy,shorten the course of disease and promote recovery.
