| 摘 要： | p27是目前国内外研究得较多的一种CKIs，它以多种方式参与细胞周期的调控，最终抑制细胞的分裂和增殖，促进细胞的分化和凋亡。现就其与卵巢肿瘤的发生发展，预后，耐药及治疗的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | p27 is one kind of cyclin dependent kinase,that has been studied intensively both in China and abroad p27 joins the regulation of cell cycle by several ways,and finally inhibits the cell proliferation and facilitates the differentiation and apoptosis of cells This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between p27 and the pathogenesis,development,prediction as well as treatment of ovarian carcinoma |
