加味桃红四物汤治疗肾穿刺后血肿23例

目的评价加味桃红四物汤治疗肾穿刺后血肿的有效性和安全性。方法选择经B超确诊的肾穿刺后血肿患者23例,给予口服加味桃红四物汤结合辨证治疗,1周为1个疗程,观察治疗后血肿消失所需疗程数、出凝血指标以及肝肾功能等生化项目的变化情况。结果血肿消失需要1～8个疗程,平均3.4周;对出凝血指标中的TT、APTT、PT有轻微影响,但治疗后数据仍在参考范围的上限之内;肝肾功能、血脂、血常规治疗后无明显改变,尿常规中红细胞数有减少趋势。结论加味桃红四物汤对于消除肾穿刺后血肿有确切疗效,且安全无副反应。

Treating Hematomas After Renal Puncture With "Taohong Siwu Decoction"

Objective To explore new therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of "Taohong Siwu Decoction" in treating hematomas after renal puncture.Methods 23 subjects were treated with traditional classical recipe "Taohong Siwu Decoction" by oral administration.Observational items were the courses of treatment,the indexes of bleeding and clotting and other biochemical tests. Results 1 to 8 courses were needed with average 3.4. TT,APTT and PT had some change but still under the upper limit of normal range.The tests of liver and renal function,serum lipid,blood routine are all no remarkable change.Conclusion The new TCM therapy of treating hemotomas after renal puncture with "Taohong Siwu Decoction" is safe and effective,without side effects.
