体表胃电图临床应用的初步评价

作者对110例各种胃病患者进行了体表胃电图描记。结果表明各疾病组胃电图与内镜诊断符合率均较低(50％以下)。进餐前后各疾病组之间胃电幅值与频率比较无显著差异,各疾病组之间电压的分布有很大范围的重叠。提示胃电图的临床诊断价值尚难肯定。

Preliminary Evaluation of Clinical Application of Surface Electrogastrography

Surface electrogastrography was recorded in 110 patients. All the patients were divided into 5 groups according to diagnosis of endoscopic examination plus biopsy. They were chronic superficial gastritis (32), chronic atrophic gastritis (27), gastric ulcer (18), duodenal ulcer (25) and gastric cancer (8). The results showed that the diagnostic conformity rate of electrogastrography in various groups was lower (less than 50%), The amplitude and frequency of electrogastrogram between fasting and postprandial state were no marked difference in the groups and the distribution of amplitude in various groups overlaped each other. We concluded that the difference in amplitude or frequency should not be used as a diagnostic parameter of gastric disease.
