摘    要:目的从枳壳提取物中分离纯化高纯度新橙皮苷。方法枳壳提取物经大孔树脂处理后,用正丁醇萃取分离、浓缩,将浓缩物重结晶3次。正丁醇萃取物的浓缩是关键。结果优化的枳壳提取物中分离新橙皮苷的工艺使新橙皮苷的纯化得率达48.6%,纯度达98.7%。结论该方法简单易行,为制备高纯度的新橙皮苷提供了一种经济的、可行的方法。

Abstract:Objective To isolate and purify high-purity neohesperidin from Fructus Aurantii extract.Methods Fructus Aurantii extract was treated by macroporous resin and extracted by n-butanol, then concentrated and some solid was precipitated.After crystallizing the precipitate three times, neohesperidin was obtained.The concentration of n-butanol extract was optimized, which was of great importance in the whole preparation.Results The yield of neohesperidin was 48.6% and purity of neohesperidin was up to 98.7% in Fructus Aurantii extract.Conclusion High-purity neohesperidin could be prepared feasibly and economically by proposed method.
