宿州市儿童缺铁性贫血患病情况调查

目的研究宿州市27年来1-7岁儿童缺铁性贫血患病情况的变迁和影响因素,为缺铁性贫血防治提供依据。方法收集贫血检测资料进行统计分析。结果 27年来,宿州市儿童贫血患病率逐年下降,从1980年的91.8%降至2007年的23.8%,贫血程度也逐年减轻,已消灭了中重度贫血。膳食不合理是贫血的重要影响因素,1.5%的4-7岁小儿有挑食偏食习惯。结论妇幼保健部门预防贫血的措施是有效的。但贫血患病率仍较高。应继续加强贫血防治工作。
