股方肌骨瓣治疗陈旧性青壮年股骨颈骨折

目的探讨股方肌骨瓣移植加中空钉固定治疗青壮年陈旧性股骨颈骨折临床效果。方法自2001年4月至2008年12月,采用后外侧切口,骨折切开复位,空心钉加股方肌骨瓣移植治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折39例,男24例,女15例,年龄19~41岁,平均29岁,受伤时间2~14个月,平均5.8个月,大部分病例伴有不同程度的肢体短缩及关节活动受限。结果36例随访11~86个月,平均28个月。骨折全部愈合,愈合时间5~11个月,平均8.3个月。Harris髋关节功能评分平均为90.6分。随访期间3例发生股骨头坏死,1例行关节置换。结论该手术方法疗效满意,是青壮年陈旧性股骨颈骨折的一种有效治疗方法,可以改善骨折端血运,促进骨折愈合,降低股骨头坏死率。

Treatment of old femoral neck fracture in adults with quadratus femoris muscle pedicle bone graft
