绍兴市社区老年人高血压用药分析

目的 调查绍兴市某社区老年（≥60岁）高血压病人降压治疗药物使用情况。方法 通过直接问卷方法，调查绍兴市越城区老年高血压患者1550例，按年龄分组，分别对治疗率、达标率和降压治疗方法进行分析。结果 该社区老年高血压病人治疗率较高，达73％，但大多数（65．9％）为单药治疗，联合用药仅为7.1％，达标率仅28．8％，且年龄越大者，达标率越低。结论 绍兴市社区老年人高血压治疗率虽高，但达标率仍不高，可能与单药治疗多、联合用药少有关。

Characteristics of anti-hypertensive drug usage in aged patients with hypertension in a community of Shaoxing city

Objective To investigate the usage of anti-hypertensive drug in patients aged 60 and over with hypertension in a community of Shaoxing city Zhejiang province,China. Methods All patients with hypertension were screened in Yuecheng district,Shaoxing,and 1 550 patients were enrolled in the study.Questionary of receiving treatment,using anti-hypertensive drug, blood pressure control was filled in by asking patients directly. Results Percentage of using anti-hypertensive drug in these aged patients in the district was high(73%),but most of them(65.9%)only took single drug. Percentage of successful combination therapy was quite low(only 7.1%),and percentage of successful blood pressure control was only 28.8%. There was a tendency that percentage of successful blood pressure control gradually decreased with the increase of age. Conclusions Percentage of using anti-hypertesive drug in these patients in the district is high,but percentage of successful blood pressure control is low.It may be attributed to more mono-therapy and less combination therapy.
