| 摘 要： | 目的健全聘用护士管理制度,强化管理,提高聘用护士队伍素质。方法成立专门机构负责聘用护士日常业务的管理,采取依法原则、创新原则,把好聘用护士招聘、培训、续聘环节。结果聘用护士的学习及工作积极性、业务水平不断提高。结论管理体制的健全,加强了管理职能;管理意识的提高,增强了管理者的主动性;各项制度的落实,加大了控制力度;各项待遇的提高,稳定了聘用护士队伍。

| Abstract: | Objective To perfect the management system and strengthen the management of employed nurses,and to improve the quality of employed nurse team.Methods The nursing department set up an office to deal with the management of employed nurses in the process of employment,training and contract signing based on the principle of legality and innovation.Results This practice promoted the employed nurses' learning and working enthusiasm,and improved their professional level.Conclusions The improvement of management system reinforced the functions of management,the improvement of management consciousness enhanced the administrators' positivity,the implementation of various regulations strengthened the force of control,and the improvement of payment stabilized the team of employed nurses. |
