| 摘 要： | 六味地黄丸（LD）对异丙肾上腺素（Iso)、缺氧、高甲状腺素及Vit C FeSO4诱发的小鼠脑中硫代巴比妥酸反应物（TBARS）生成均有抑制作用，其作用呈剂量依赖性，提示LD对多种原因所致的大脑细胞膜脂质过氧化损伤有保护作用。

| Abstract: | We observed the antioxidative activity of LD in various hypoxia models. The results show that LD could reduce MDA content of cerebrum in free radical injury mice induced by Isop, hyperthyrodism plus global ischemia. In vitro, LD possessed a markedly direct protective effect on cerebrial cell membrance while they attacked by OH radicals induced by Fe 2 Vit C system. |
