妊娠颅内并发症CT分析

妊娠期内并发症并非少见、其准确诊断和有时治疗对关重要本文报道了分析了１８例妊娠期内并发症急诊ＣＴ检查结果，旨在讨论ＣＴ对妊娠期颅内并发症的诊断价值和意义。１８例患者在妊娠期出现典型的脑症状和体征，予以急诊ＣＴ所见分别为；脑水肿９例，脑出血３例，脑梗塞３例，脑肿瘤２例，脑血管畸形１例。

CT Analysis for Intracranial Complication of Gestation

The intracranial complication of gestation(ICG) are not rare,its accurate diagnosis and timely treatment are very important.In this article,the emergent CT scan of 18 cases with ICG were performed and analysed for discussion of CT diagnostic value and significance.Materials and Methods:18 cases of ICG which have typical cerebral symptoms and signs had examined by emergent plain CT and 3 cases of contrast enhancement CT.Results:q cases of encephaledema,3 cases of cerebral infarction,3 case intracranial hemorrhage,2 cases brain tumor and 1 case of vascular malformation,3 encephalhemorrhage,2 encephalophyma and 1 vascular malformation were pathologicaly proved.On follow-up CT the 9 encephaledema disappeared after clinic treatment.1 case of cerebral infarction was demonstrated the occlusion of internal carotid artery by DSA.Conclusion:Differential diagnosis between ICG and preeclampsia was very difficult on clinic,however,CT diagnosis of ICG was rapid and accurate,which had important diagnostic value and significance.It shold be the method of choice for the diagnosis of ICG.
