丙戊酸钠联合奎硫平治疗老年躁狂症对照研究

目的 探讨丙戊酸钠联合喹硫平治疗老年躁狂发作的临床疗效和安全性. 方法 将60例老年躁狂发作患者随机分为两组,每组30例,均口服丙戊酸钠治疗,研究组联合奎硫平治疗,对照组联合奋乃静治疗.观察8周.于治疗前及治疗第1周、2周、4周、8周末采用Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表、副反应量表评定临床疗效及不良反应. 结果 治疗8周末,研究组有效率为96.7%,对照组为93.3%,两组无显著性差异（P＞0.05）;研究组治疗后各时段中、重度不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异均无显著性（P＞0.05）. 结论 丙戊酸钠联合奎硫平治疗老年躁狂症疗效显著,与奋乃静联合丙戊酸钠治疗总体疗效相当,且不良反应轻微,安全性高,依从性好,更适合于老年患者.

A control study of sodium valproate plus quetiapine in the treatment of senile mania

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of sodium valproate plus quetiapine in the treatment of senile mania. Methods Sixty senile manic episode patients were randomly assigned to two groups of 30 ones each, both groups took orally sodium valproate, research group was plus quetiapine and control group plus perphenazine for 8 weeks. Clinical efficacies were assessed with the Bech-Rafaelsen Mania Rating Scale （BRMS） and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） before treatment and at the end of the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 8th week. Results At the end of the 8th week, effective rates were respectively 96.7% in the research and 93.3% in the control group, which showed no significant difference （P〉0.05） ; after treatment, incidences of moderate and severe adverse reactions were lower in the research than in the control group, but differences were not significant （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Sodium valproate plus quetiapine has a significant curative effect equivalent to perphenazine combined with sodium valproate, mild adverse reactions, higher safety, better compliance in the treatment of senile mania, and is more suitable for senile patients.
