| 摘 要： | 目的探讨穴位按揉及舒适护理对急性心肌梗死患者排便的影响。方法选择急性心肌梗死住院患者123例,随机分为2组。治疗组65例予穴位按揉 舒适护理,对照组58例予常规护理。观察2组的首次排便时间及首次排便情况。结果首次排便时间治疗组明显早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);首次排便情况比较治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论穴位按揉及舒适护理有利于改善急性心肌梗死患者的排便情况。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the Influence of cheiropractic and comfortable nursing on defecation of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 123 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of cheiropractic and comfortable nursing.Patients in control group were treated only by routine nursing.The time and status of first defecation were observed.Results The time and status of first defecation in treatment group were superior to those in control group(P<0.01,P<0.01).Conclusion Combination of cheiropractic and comfortable nursing benefit to improve status of defecation of patients with acute myocardial infarction. |
