| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨抗 HBe阳性慢性乙型肝炎的临床特点。方法 对住院的慢性乙型肝炎 5 4 0例进行回顾性分析。结果 抗 HBe阳性慢性乙型肝炎占全部慢性乙型肝炎病例的 4 3 1%。随着肝炎慢性化程度的加重 ,抗 HBe阳性的检出率有增高趋势。抗 HBe阳性患者中HBVDNA检出率为 3 9 1% ;抗 HBe阳性慢性乙型肝炎的发病次数、转氨酶峰值均比HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎高。结论 部分抗 HBe阳性患者HBV仍持续复制 ,抗 HBe阳性患者易造成肝炎慢性化 ,病情易反复

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical characteristics of chronic hepatitis B of anti HBe positive. Methods 540 cases ill with chronic hepatitis B that had been admitted into hospital were under the analysis in review. Results Anti HBe in 43.1% of chronic hepatitis B was positive.In the patients of hepatitis B with aggraveting chronic degree.The detecting rate of anti HBe positive showed tendeney to rise.The detecting rate of DNA of hepatitis B virus (HBV DNA)was 39.1% in cases of anti-HBe potitive.The cases of anti HBe positive had higher peak value of ALT and more frequency of the relapse than the cases with HBeAg positive. Conclusions HBV DNA still replicated continuously in part of anti HBe positive patients.The hepatitis with anti HBe is easy to relapse and becomes chronic. |
