| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨底节区高血压脑出血外科手术方法和效果.方法 回顾性分析采用改良翼点颞中回入路治疗35例底节区高血压脑出血病例.结果 术后24h内复查头颅CT明确血肿清除效果,30例血肿清除>90%,4例血肿清除<70%,1例再出血.术后存活34例,死亡1例,为再出血.存活者随访6个月,根据GOS评分:恢复良好 18例,中残11例,重残3例,植物生存 1例,死亡1例.结论 改良翼点颞中回入路治疗底节区高血压脑出血效果好,具有止血彻底;血肿清除率高、神经功能恢复好等优点.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the method of and effect on treatment of patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hematomas through modified transpterional middle temporal gyrus approach.
