原发性高血压肾病患者血清CysC、RBP和尿mA1b联合检测的临床意义

目的探讨原发性高血压肾病患者血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C（CysC）、视黄醇结合蛋白（RBP）和尿微量白蛋白（mA1b）联合检测的临床意义。方法应用胶乳免疫比浊法，免疫透射比浊法和放免法对31例原发性高血压肾病患者进行了血清CysC、RBP和尿mA1b水平检测，并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果原发性高血压肾病患者血清CysC、RBP和尿mA1b水平均非常显著高于正常对照组（P〈0．01），且血清CysC水平与RBP和尿mA1b水平呈正相关（r=0．6138，0．5922，P〈0．01）。结论检测血清CysC、RBP和尿mA1b水平的变化有助于患者肾脏损伤的早期诊断和疗效观察。

Clinical Significance of Determination of Changes of Serum CysC,RBP and UmAlb Levels in Patients with Primary Hypertension Complicated with Nephropathy

Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum CysC,RBP and umA1b levels in patients with primary hypertension complicated with nephropathy.Methods Serum CysC（with latex enhanced immuno-turbidimetry）,RBP（with immuno-turbidimetric assay） and umA1b（with RIA） levels in 31 patients with primary hypertension complicated with nephropathy and 35 controls were studied.Results Serum CysC,RBP and umA1b levels in patients with primary hypertension complicated with nephropathy were significantly higher than those in controls（P 〈 0.01）,and serum Cysc levels were positively correlated with RBP, umA1b levels（r=0.6138,0.5922,P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Detection of serum CysC,RBP and umA1b levels can be more helpful for the diagnosis of early renal damage in patients with primary hypertension complicated with nephropathy.
