某大型综合医院临床科室医师配置研究

目的 从目前医师承担的工作量出发,得出临床科室医师配置的理想值.方法 以工作量测算作为核心研究方法,采用自编的临床科室医师工作量调查问卷作为工作量测算工具,并使用Excel、SPSS17.0统计软件对有效问卷的工作量进行统计分析.结果 调研科室共展开床位3 006张,目前医师数为744人,应配医师1 091人,需增加347人;从病床医师比来看,医院当前的病床医师比手术科室为1∶0.23、非手术科室为1∶0.27,均未达到1978年卫生部颁布的标准1∶0.30;而调研结果显示,要满足医院目前的工作量需求,手术科室的理想病床医师比为1∶0.37,非手术科室为1:0.36.结论 临床科室的医师人员配备亟待补充.

Research on the Physician Configuration of Clinical Departments in a Large General Hospital

Objective To get＇the ideal number of physicians configuration in clinical departments from measuring the physicians＇ current workloads. Methods Using calculation method of workloads as a core research method, self-compiled questionnaires as a tool for measuring working hours, and using Excel, SPSS17.0 to analyze the workloads of valid questionnaires. Results There are 3 006 sickbeds and 744 physicians in clinical departments at present. The scientific number of physicians is 1 091, and 347 needs to be increased. The bed-physician ratio in operative departments is 1 ： 0.23, and that in non-operative departments is 1：0.27. It doesn＇t reach the standard ratio 1：0.30 in 1978. The research re- sults also show that, the ratio of the sickbed number and the physician number in operative departments is 1：0.37, and that in non-operative departments is 1：0.36. Conclusion The number of physicians in clinical departments should be added.
