115名飞行人员脂肪肝发病情况分析（摘要）

飞行员作为一个特殊群体，其饮食结构明显优于一般人群。近年来飞行人员中脂肪肝的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。脂肪肝患者多无明显症状，因此许多飞行人员对脂肪肝的潜在危害认识不足，常常忽略防治，致使脂肪肝的发病率增高，如果不多加关注，很容易对其身体健康造成危害，进而对飞行安全构成潜在的威胁，影响飞行寿命。笔者通过分析2005年以来我部115名现役飞行人员中的脂肪肝的发病情况，探讨脂肪肝防治和自我康复的主要措施，以帮助飞行人员纠正自己的不良习惯，消除危险因素，树立科学的保健观，达到有效预防和控制脂肪肝的目的。

Pilots as a special colony, their dietetic structure is obviously better than normol people.Recent years the morbidity of steatosis among pilots presents an ascending trend.The stestosis sufferers usually have no obvious symptoms,so many pilots donnot have enough knowledge about the potential damage about steatosis and usually ignore the prevention leading the rising of steatosis morbidity.lf without more attention,it will easily hurt the body and then induce potential damage to aviation safety.
