泌尿系感染病原体分布及耐药性研究

摘    要:目的研究住院患者泌尿道感染病原体分布状况及其耐药性特点,为制定有效防控措施提供依据。方法采用分离培养和生化鉴定技术,对某医院泌尿系感染患者标本进行菌株分离培养、菌种鉴定和耐药性评价。结果该医院在2010-2011年共3 779例标本中检出病原菌2 098株。所检出的病原菌中,革兰阴性杆菌占44.3%,以大肠埃希菌感染为主;真菌占34.8%,以热带假丝酵母菌为主。大肠埃希菌和克雷伯菌对临床常用抗菌药物普遍耐药。结论住院患者泌尿道感染病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌和真菌为主,大肠埃希菌为主要病原菌,且普遍耐药。

Abstract:Objective To study the pathogens distribution and drug resistance of urinary tract infection of in-patients,and provide evidence for making effective control measures.Methods Colonies isolation and biochemical identification were used to isolate and identify the pathogens from in-patients with urinary tract infection,and evaluate the drug resistance.Results 2 098 strains of pathogens of 3 779 patients were isolated.Gram negative bacillus accounted for 44.3 %,the predominant pathogens were Escherichia coli;and the fungi accounted for 34.8 %,in which Candida tiopicalis was predominant.Escherichia coli and Klebsiella were commonly resistant to clinical antibiotics.Conclusions The main pathogenes of urinary system infected were Gram negative bacillus and fungi,and Escherichia coli were the predominant,which were commonly resistant to clinical antibiotics.
