摘    要:目的研究重症监护室(ICU)住院患者多重耐药菌定植感染情况,评价干预措施的效果。方法通过回顾性调查和目标性监测,对本医院ICU住院患者多重耐药菌定植感染情况进行了调查。结果在实施干预措施之前的2005-2007年本医院ICU住院患者多重耐药菌定植阳性率在29.9%~52.0%。2008年实施消毒隔离干预措施之后,ICU患者多重耐药菌定植阳性率逐年降低,2011年为19.0%。结论该医院ICU住院患者多重耐药菌定植阳性率较高,经采取干预措施后有效降低了定植阳性率。

Abstract:Objective To study the multiple drug-resistant colonization and infection of intensive care unit(ICU) hospitalized patients and evaluate the effects of intervention measures in the hospital.Methods Retrospective survey and targeted surveillance were used to investigate the multiple drug-resistant colonization and infection of ICU hospitalized patients of the hospital.Results The positive rate of multiple drug-resistant colonization and infection was 29.9%~ 52.0% in 2005-2007 prior to the implementation of the interventions in the ICU hospitalized patients.After implementation of disinfection and isolation interventions from 2008,the multiple drug-resistant colonization and infection positive rates of ICU hospitalized patients was reduced year by year and decreased to 19.0 % in year 2011.Conclusion The multiple resistant colonization and infection positive rate of ICU patients in the hospital was high,and it was decreased after the implementation of disinfection and isolation interventions.
