空气层流净化技术在新生儿重症监护室中的应用效果

摘    要:目的观察空气层流净化技术在新生儿重症监护室(NICU)的应用效果。方法通过空气采样检测和医院感染发生率的评价,对层流洁净技术用于新生儿重症监护室空气洁净效果和感染控制效果进行了观察。结果在连续2年运行中,对室内空气采样检测48次,合格率达到100%,室内物体表面共检测120次,卫生质量合格率为98.33%。在2年实际应用中,该新生儿重症监护室共入住2 728例患儿,发生医院感染44例(47例次),医院感染发生率为1.61%(例次感染率为1.72%)。结论应用空气层流净化技术能较好地保持NICU空气洁净度,有助于控制医院感染的发生。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of laminar air flow purification technology in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.Methods The air sampling detection and evaluation of hospital infection incidence were used to observe the air cleaning effects of laminar flow clean technology in neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the infection control effects.Results The indoor air samplings were conducted for 48 times in two consecutive years and the qualified rate of sanitary quality reached 100%.The interior surfaces samplings were detected for 120 times and the pass rate was 98.33%.There were 2 728 patients in the neonatal Intensive Care Unit in the two years of practical application and 44 cases and 47 times nosocomial infections happened and the hospital infection rate was 1.61% while the case infection rate was 1.72%.Conclusion Application of laminar air flow purification technology can better maintain the cleanliness of the neonatal ICU air and help to control hospital infection rate.
