过氧乙酸熏蒸对不同介质上细菌芽孢杀灭效果及金属腐蚀性观察

摘    要:目的研究过氧乙酸熏蒸法对实验室内不同位置和不同种类介质上细菌芽孢的杀灭效果及其腐蚀性。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法和理化分析方法,对过氧乙酸气体熏蒸消毒法杀灭四种不同性质载体表面枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的效果和熏蒸法对金属腐蚀性进行了比较观察。结果以含过氧乙酸160 g/L水溶液,在100℃水浴中加热蒸发的过氧乙酸蒸汽,熏蒸2 h并保持静置2 h,对放置在实验室内不同位置的布片、金属片、滤纸片、玻片上污染的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率均为100%。在上述条件下熏蒸作用后,过氧乙酸对铜片和碳钢片有中度腐蚀,对铝片有轻度腐蚀,对不锈钢片基本无腐蚀。结论过氧乙酸气体熏蒸对不同物体表面消毒均能达到灭菌效果,对金属有一定的腐蚀性。

Abstract:Objective To study the Bacillus subtilis spores killing effect of peracetic acid fumigation in different position of the lab,different kinds of medium carrier mushroom,and the metal corrosion of peroxyacetic acid fumigation.Methods The carrier quantitative germicidal test and physicochemical analysis method were used to observe the carrier Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores killing effect of the peracetic acid gas fumigation against four different nature of the surface and the effect of fumigation on metal corrosion.Results The aqueous solution containing 160 g/L peracetic acid was heated at 100℃ water bath for 2 h and maintained for 2 h.The killing rate of peroxyacetic acid fumigation,to the polluted spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger on the sheets of cloth、metal、paper and glass placed in different locations of the lab,was 100%.On the above fumigation conditions,the corrosion effect of peracetic acid on copper and carbon steel were moderate,the effect on aluminum sheet was mild,and the effect on stainless steel was none.Conclusion Peracetic acid gas fumigation on different surface disinfection can reach the sterilization effect,and it has corrosion effect on metals.
