糖尿病患者鲍曼不动杆菌感染监测

目的了解住院糖尿病患者感染鲍曼不动杆菌情况及其耐药性,为有效控制鲍曼不动杆菌感染提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对本医院住院糖尿病患者合并鲍曼不动杆菌感染情况进行了调查与分析。结果调查期间从1 705份糖尿病患者各种标本中共检出鲍曼不动杆菌138株,分离率为8.09%,且分离率有逐年增加趋势。本次临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌对该医院临床常用抗菌药物普遍耐药,对多数抗菌药物耐药率超过50%。结论该医院住院糖尿病患者标本鲍曼不动杆菌分离率较高,且普遍耐药。

MONITORING ON DIABETIC PATIENTS WITH ACINETOBACTER BAUMANNII INFECTION

Objective To understand the condition,resistance rate of the Acinetobacter baumannii(AB) infection of diabetic inpatients and to provide evidence for control measures.Methods The retrospective survey was used to investigate and analyze the Acinetobacter baumannii infection of diabetic patients.Results During the survey,138 AB strains were separated from 1 705 diabetes patients′ samples,with the separation rate of 8.09%,which had an increasing tendency.The separated strains were generally resistant to ordinary drugs and the resistance rate was over 50% for most antibacterial drugs.Conclusion This hospital has a high separation rate for AB,and drug resistance generally exists.
