| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察抑癌基因 nm 2 3和突变型 P5 3癌基因在胃肠腺癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法 :用 SP免疫组化法观察 62例胃肠腺癌标本 nm 2 3、P5 3的表达。结果 :nm2 3阴性表达与胃肠腺癌浸润深度、分化程度无关 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,而与淋巴转移有关 ( P<0 .0 1) ;P5 3过表达与肿癌的浸润深度、分化程度相关 ( P<0 .0 1) ,与淋巴转移无关 ( P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :nm2 3、P5 3与胃肠腺癌临床病理特征有一定关系

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the expression of nm2 3genes and mutant of P5 3genes in gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma and its relationship of clinical pathological characteristic. Methods:To investigate the expression of nm2 3and P5 3genes of 62 gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma specimen by SP immuno- histochemical method.Results:Negative expression of nm2 3 gene has no relation to infiltration depth and differentiation of gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma( P >0 .0 5 ) ,but has relation to lymphogenous metastasis( P <0 .0 1 ) .Positive expression of P5 3gene correlates with infiltration depth and differentiation of carcinoma( P < 0 .0 1 ) without correlation with lymphogenous metastasis( P >0 .0 5 ) .Conclusion:Expression of nm2 3,P5 3genes has relation to clinical pathological characteristic of gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma to a certain extent. |
